Recovering from a back injury 6 weeks prior, Danielle found the specific muscle spot in <10 minutes! Incredible, had gone to 2 doctors before and they didn’t identify this spot Payton and Bess also helped me with practicing different exercises and correcting me! Grateful to this team for their help and expertise!

I started going to Excel for therapy after rotator cuff surgery in October 2024. This was my first time ever going to PT and I was not sure at all what to expect. What I found were some of the nicest folks - who treated you like family. Danielle was an incredible physical therapist and great to work with, and Bess and the supportive staff were wonderful as well. I am very pleased with the results of my PT, and would recommend Excel to anyone needing PT. Great experience.
