Excellent environment for those wanting to stay fit and healthy. I Invested in a trainer as a gift for my husband, Jack, as a birthday gift. One year later, Cam Wooster, the trainer I observed before selecting him as someone I knew Jack would like, has changed Jack’s life. He feels better in every way and looks forward to being challenged to improve his health and fitness. . Cam is one in a million...as a trainer and a person.
Great place to work out. Wonderful staff. Plenty of equipment and lots of space.
The gym for people who want to get in better shape, but don't aspire to body building or bikinis. I love that this gym is full of regular people, the music is reasonable (not blaring) and Mark, the owner, stops to talk to every one, by name. Evolution is the Vienna community gym.
