I was in shape but lonely doing my own workouts and wanted to be pushed and motivated by group training. I am so glad I found Evofit! The instructors are knowledgeable, positive and energizing, and the classes are perfect for all levels of fitness. I love the system of signing up ahead of time for accountability as well as the community support in person and on Facebook. I'm also learning a lot about nutrition and building lean mass. Highly recommend Evofit to women in the Dover area!
I joined Evofit at the end of June to get in shape for my upcoming wedding but most importantly, for my overall health as I'm not getting any younger! LOL!! The women and coaches are awesome and all inspire me to push myself. I love coming here and meeting new people. I love my Evofit family!
Evofit has changed my life in so many ways! I have never really been happy with myself until i started coming here. This place is like family! You feel wanted loved and comfortable with your surroundings. Put it this way everything you feel is good! I have overcome so many fears. Evofit is not just about losing weight. If you are reading this and want to try to challenge yourself, Evofit is the place for you. I was looking to feel better, look better and gain strength and confidence in the process. When you can't walk up stairs without being out of breathe it's time to fix YOU. I can't say enough great things about Heather and all the coaches here. I'm a shy person, very overweight, and finally just got sick of it and bought a Groupon to try Evofit.
