Absolutely adore Heather and all the woman at EvoFit. As soon as you walk in, you feel comfortable. The woman are REAL, supportive, fun, and getting results. Highly recommend coming in and belonging to this unique family of successful empowered woman.
I can't say enough good things about EvoFit and all of the awesome instructors. I've learned how to eat properly and working out is actually fun!
I've don't two class so far... Piyo has been my favorite,I like something that pushes you... I also like to sweat, makes me feel like I'm doing something.. Also in sore I love it! And people think planet fitness is judge free no way... If your a women any size ... No one is judging you here.. That's what I like I want to feel comfortable.. They are very helpful.. I struggled a bit with the portal but in the end it all worked out... I'm glad I joined and can't wait to achieve more and learn more...

I saw a friends pictures of the training you were having for the Spartan and my heart just opened big, I saw all the ladies training hard and it inspired me to go from couch to class it has been 3 weeks now and already I am feeling /seeing changes! you can tell every one there enjoys your classes & and such a friendly uplifting environment you can dig right in no matter where your fitness level is and I love that!
If your looking for a trainer who truly cares and makes sure you push yourself this is the place for you! This group is filled with all different skill levels and everyone helps and encourages and praises one another. I love my Evofit family!!
If you want a trainer who is gonna push you to your max. Make you break a sweat and feel the burn this is the place. Everyone supports you and cheers you on. Joining will be something you will never regret but ask yourself why did I not do this sooner! Come and join us you will be hooked
