I joined EvoFit on New Year's Eve day! I knew I needed to stop getting nowhere on my treadmill and get in some strength training. Since I joined I'm down 14lbs and 15+ inches. I hesitated with the strength training, between back surgery in '98, surgery on my right elbow/hand in '12 followed by surgery on my left elbow in '15. There are modifications for every move you do and the coaches are more than happy to help you with anything and everything. The coaches here at Evofit really are the best! They put together workouts that are challenging and make you push yourself outside of your comfort zone, which is something most of us don't do for ourselves. Before long, you realize you're doing things you didn't think you were capable of! It's a great feeling!
Five months ago I joined Evofit in a last ditch effort to lose weight. It has been life changing. I now know it’s not about losing weight at all. EvoFit is Amazing! If you’re looking to improve your health, to be stronger, to push yourself and to have the ongoing support of great coaches and woman, then EvoFit is the answer. It has been for me and every week I am stronger and better than I was the week before. Exercise is no longer a ‘should do’ for me, it is a ‘must do’, because the program and the woman make me feel great!
