I joined evofit a little over 3 weeks ago and decided to take a challenge. This has been a very emotional journey for me. I have struggled with my weight since I was 3 months old. I weighed 25 lbs. I have tried everything, even gastric bypass,yes I lost 130 lbs only to gain it all back. As of Sunday I am down 14 lbs and I am exercising (modified). Evofit has completely changed my overall fitness. It is like no other gym I have ever experienced before. The amazing tribe of women at Evofit from coaches to members are truly empowering and inspirational every day. I have been a member for 10 months and have accomplished more than I could have imagined from weight loss, becoming stronger, to running 5K trail runs. Who knew that would be something I love to do having not been a runner before! Evofit is a special place. Give it a try. You won't be disappointed!
