Evofit is a game changer. I’ve worked out at other gyms for years. This gym is about community and adopting a new lifestyle. The variety of classes offered include strength training, mobility, high intensity, workouts and much more. I’ve learned how to lift weights in a safe way which has greatly improved muscle tone. The coaches are not only knowledgeable, they are dedicated to helping their members become the best they can be. Check it out! You won’t be disappointed.

I joined EvoFit approx 8 mos ago after hip replacement surgery. My 1st day I was overwhelmed by the welcoming I received. Evofit has a really supportive group of women and excellent coaches who are so knowledgeable and great with modifications. There's a good variety of classes to choose from and workouts are always different, fun and challenging!! Love it!!

I recently re-joined Evofit after a two year break due to surgeries and I have to say it was like coming home. The atmosphere is electric and positive, the energy is high vibe and the support is unmatched. I've already noticed a difference in my mood, body (fewer aches and pains) and my mental clarity. Everyone is so welcoming and the staff goes above and beyond to make the workouts fun, challenging and unique. There's no place like home!!! Thank you Evofit!!!

I can’t recommend Evofit highly enough! One of the best aspects of this community is the flexibility and inclusivity; I can walk into any class and immediately feel welcomed by the expert coaches and the incredible group of women there. The environment allows me to push myself at my own challenging pace, and I always leave feeling accomplished after hitting my goal of getting into the 'red zone.'
