This apt complex has MAJOR maintenance issues. Things go FOREVER before being fixed and then they are fixed with the cheapest route possible to save costs. I use to recommend this complex but now I will tell people to keep looking. AC and tiles issues should be fixed ASAP it costs complexes more money if long term problems arise from the lack of maintenance. So seriously mgmt save yourself some money and humiliation and fix what's being asked of you. It's reasonable requests OR word of mouth will hurt your business!

Hey fix my friends apartment please if he pays rent respect him please he is an awesome dude Fix his stuff if ur building is falling apart u are suppost to do what u can to make the people that pay to live there as comfortable as possible. But i hear ur failing at that!!!
poor maintenance even thuo a veteran has asked for assistance on things to be fixed you don't care this will spread like wild fire....
Let see was told my apt was ready Jan. It was not cleaned up after so found nails and Staples all in the carpet. Multiple outlets didn't work and in less thin 5 months the shower started pealing. They redid the showers and fix the plugs only to have the AC go out. This is the fun part, so I have one of the larger two bedroom they bring us a window unit and tell us it's going to be done on Monday (AC unit went out on a Sunday) Tues when they finilly come out to look at it they...Continue Reading
