RecommendedThis property is awesome! Great community, wonderful renovations, close to all the neat attractions in Clear Lake Area and Kemah and just a short drive when you need to go Downtown! Pet friendly, love the trees and walkways and a state of the art gym!
We have lived here for 6 months and love the community. Our neighbors are all friendly and respectful and it's very quiet and safe. The current management and all the staff are so friendly and efficient. We have loved being a part of the events at Everwood and look forward to them each month. The prior negative reviews do not reflect the current management whatsoever, so please don't let those sway you from checking Everwood out!
Amazing apartments with a friendly welcoming staff!! Leslie Martinez was so helpful and patient with all of my questions. The floor plans were great and I loved the wood flooring and brushed nickel fixtures. I was in love when Leslie showed us the dog park on the property. It'll be so much easier and safer to walk my dog! I'd recommend this to any one... just be sure to ask for Leslie. She really made the process easier!
Love living at Everwood! Lived here for over 2 years now.. Quiet and clean property. Great management and workers in the office. Maintenance men work very hard and are friendly as well. Never had any issues.
Beautiful property, toured with Vanessa. She was fantastic! Can't wait to call this place home! :)
