We moved here in January 2018 from Corpus Christi. There were several cosmetic issues with apartment that you wouldn't expect being a "luxury" apartment, but nothing we couldn't deal with, just very sloppy work. But since day one there has been issues with roaches. Gave them the benefit of the doubt since it rained all the time in January. But they never stopped, every day we saw them, multiple roaches. I’ve been here for over 5 yrs. current management is wonderful. I see many complaints after the hurricane. Get real there was a lot of damage....it takes time. I had to move out for several weeks for all the repairs after the storm. Staff was and is wonderful at communication when ever I’ve had an issue.
POOR REPAIRS TAKES FOREVER THEY DON'T EVEN EARN ONE STAR :-(
If a resident has to repeatedly ask for assistance in the maintenance of your property, I think you should probably find a new property manager.
I have lived here 7 months and I absolutely hate it. I have had nothing but issues since I moved in and most problems still have yet to be dealt with. The apartment wasn't ready when we moved in. Tiles missing in bathroom (still are missing by the way), chunks of wood, metal and glass, screws, nails found all over the apartment and mind you this is just when we moved in. We went 2 months in Texas summer without AC. The standing units they gave us blew the breaker and they left it that way leaving our dog in 100° weather with... read more
Apartments are falling apart and maintenance will not fix. I recommend everyone looking elsewhere for a place to live. Once something breaks while your living there they won't fix it because they already have your business
