Had a bad experience with Their Unprincipled Towing Company/ "Contractors" they hired (LONE STAR TOWING). Illegally towed my Guest car whom is Handicapped. RENTER BEWARE DO NOT RENT HERE!!!!!Living here has been a nightmare experience! There has been at least 15 different office staff members since we first moved in in February. I have put in hundreds of service request that have been declined denied or deleted before even being completed! I have lived here for 2 years and will be renewing my lease. The new office staff is always so helpful when I need anything and provide excellent customer service. There has been many improvements around the property and I can’t wait to see what else is to come. All the events are great and provides a sense of community. My apartment is spacious and you can’t beat the location.
Note all the 5 star reviews that happened on april 17th....seems odd to me.....so for the second time this month the plumbing backed up and started flooded our apartment from drain in pantry where washing machine drains. Called the office to report at 9am and was told to go online to submit service requests ( while standing in quarter inch of water). We go online and it says to call office for any maintence emergencies that might cause property damage...odd again...maintenance arrives 1 hour later and checks drain and puts a... read more
An apartment across from me has been keeping a dog in there and letting him poop and pee all over the place and the man is still being allowed to live there. There has been video proof and the Webster police has also gone into the apartment and seen it first hand. The animal control is also aware of the situation. Whoever lives there comes back a little at a time to just give food and water so that the dog can not be taken away. However the living room carpet is saturated in pee and that apartment is not sanitary. The smell ... read more
