This was the first time that I have been to an actual Optometry clinic and had a full blown eye exam done ( went to a discount chain when I originally got "real" glasses). Dr Spillane and all the ladies were very friendly and helpful. Made the process much more bearable. Will definitely be utilizing Everett Optometry again and recommend them to any and everyone I can.
The eye doctor is great but the office staff is short and sometimes downright rude. I went back for 2 years for the doctor but I will be switching. I was told I would get a $60 rebate if I purchased a year worth of contacts and that the office would submit it for me. It was going to be a visa gift card and could take 6-8 weeks. Called after 8-10 weeks of not receiving and they told me I should’ve gotten a form when I picked up my contacts and I had to submit it. I have been going to Dr. Church for 40+ years now. He and his staff always give excellent care. I have had only one problem in all that time and that was handled quickly and efficiently. Always a pleasure to do business with Everett Optometry Clinic.
Pretended that because my daughter was in the system it would be ok, but that they were booked and to 'call back in July'. Called back today, and the insurance they were willing to accept last month 'but not have time for' they didn't bother trying to run and officially no longer accept. Meanwhile my daughter has broken glasses, and because the office staff played mind games with us, she's down one month from the wait time to schedule and another month to schedule through someone else. Thanks again, Everett Optometry!
Dr. Schrader was very professional and helpful, and the gentleman who helps out with frames has a great personality and really good. However both of the two ladies who helped out with frames acted like they wanted to be anywhere but there and were less than helpful. People at the front desk were friendly. Poor rating for those two. Otherwise it was good.
Dr Schrader is personable and thorough and he seems to be up to date on the latest technology.
