This office has chosen to refuse patients with medical conditions that make it impossible to wear a mask. You just lost our families business. Calculate that, if you will. I lifetime loss of 13 people. And I'm spreading the word on every social media platform available. It's one thing to refuse and quite another to refuse AND be nasty.
Been going there for years. Will never go again. Our last visit was not a pleasant one. We had problems with their billing and trying to straighten that out has been horrible. Every time that I've had to call I get a different person and of course no notes on my file. Beyond done with their office.
