We saw a town house yesterday to rent and the guy is already demanding a deposit they we WILL NOT have returned to us if the association fails us. Now why I thought he felt we needed to know that right off the bat is beyond me, but he then told my fiancé that if we are hesitant to give him the deposit is because we have something to hide. Even if we’ve been under a rock and don’t know how companies collect money now a days I will not stand for someone tell us that we’re being shady while he’s being shady, no thank you.
It was a please to do business with Everest. The broker Luis and manager Caro were the most helpful and caring people. Definitely recommend them.
