Whoever the girl that did my wax today was , I did not have a good experience. I came home and had to use tweezers to remove spots she did not touch at all on my legs and my brazilian. She was doing both simultaneously at the same time. Focus on one area and be thorough instead of rushing through and leaving me with an absolutely horrible experience. She was nice but I did not go there and pay my money and waste my time in order to interact with nice people. It's a wax place. Wax people! I do not recommend.
Nikita is always pleasant friendly, welcoming and professional. She oes above and beyond to make sure you are comfortable and satisfied with your results.
Nikita was great, she had a guest scheduled and let me know she could squeeze me in if the guest didn’t show. She kept me distracted from the slight pain with conversation and she got it done fast!
