I also had similar experience to the previous review left by the cultivate insider. My waxer didn’t complete the waxing thoroughly and maintained a flat, cold affect throughout the appointment. She even told me she will not continue to wax if I kept clenching from pain. It was clear they were short-staffed and backed up, but that’s no excuse for treating clients this way. I felt rushed, dismissed, and like a burden—definitely not the kind of experience I expect from EWC.

I have been coming to EWC for years and I have never had such a horrible experience. My technician was rushed and rude. She was militant which made me feel so uncomfortable. When I shared with her that I was feeling rushed and that I wasn’t please with how she was treating me, she responded by saying it’s my fault because I was 5 minutes late. Disappointing
They don’t even bother contacting you when they cancel the appointments on you. No phone call no email. Was notified after arriving 15 early to my appointment.
So it was my first experience with Dominique and let me say she did NOT disappoint me! I walked and she was warm and welcoming and throughout the waxing experience we chatted and made me feel like I was talking to one my girls. She ensured it was quick painless and that I was bare. Definitely can’t wait for our next session!
