This is a company that does not know how to manage and does not handle problems in the building and just charges money. I recommend not going near them or using their service. I do not recommend it.
After two years of living in this place, I must say that I am utterly outraged by the lack of ethics, professionalism, and poor management of this establishment. To begin with, I was given an apartment that was not in favorable conditions. I had to paint and fix many areas of the house, such as the kitchen cabinets. Never ever do business with Luigi Rossi and European American. They have stolen over $2,000.00 from me. I transferred money for an apartment and they never confirmed receipt or offered to let me see the apartment. I am not wealthy or rich. I was looking for an apartment in Miami for nursing school. They have made things as confusing as possible and lied to me. Please don't do business with these criminals.
Complicated people. Worthless as business. Our building is neglected and they don’t like to spend in preventive maintenance or emergency maintenance. They are very efficient only to billing.
