Great room, comfy bed, fab view from our tenth floor window overlooking the city centre.

Just attended a charity ball for IEF tonight. Fabulous venue and delicious food. Staff very polite and professional.
Beautiful, very clean; very friendly and very helpful staff of all kinds. Excellent good and loads of it. Rooms well appointed and well kept. Only one little pet peeve---the blow dryer---having to hold the red button in with your thumb continuously or it wouldn't work.

As others have stated, walls are not insulated so everything in adjoining rooms and halls was quite audible. The glass door to the bathroom was a joke. Staff was quite plesant and helpful. I don't have a lot to compare with in Belfast, but adult beverages did seem very expensive.

Fabulous hotel! I have stayed there many times and I have never been disappointed! The staff are so helpful, the food is excellent and the beds are soooooo comfy! Can't rate this hotel highly enough�
