We went for our dinner in the main restaurant, service was amazing, the food was top quality ,the atmosphere was great and the wine made it even better

Had afternoon tea on Saturday and it was amazing, the quality and quantity of food was excellent. Service was brilliant and our waitress, Veronica, couldn’t do enough for us. Fantastic way to celebrate my 40th and would definitely recommend it!

Attended a black tie event and as a treat wanted our breakfast served in room at 10am....sadly it never arrived and the we were asked to check out at 11 so we didnt get our breakfast

Was at a black tie ball on Saturday night asked for a Jawbox gin No Honeycomb Went to the grand ballroom bar no gin balloon glasses and when I ordered a Shortcross gin no orange had to go a get it Disappointed this is supposed to be a top hotel would not count with 10 Square

Reviews on here slateing this hotel are wrong dont know the reason BUT service and decor is 1st class highly recomend the place
