Stayed for a function. Service was horrendous and some of the food on my plate was raw and inedible. Drinks prices were completely over inflated.. £10.50 for G&T and £3.50 for a coke.. Supposed valet parking on arrival didnt exist and concierge staff were completely unhelpful. On top of all of this and perhaps, the icing on the cake, the night manager asked friends and myself to leave residents bar and go to bed at 2am and was totally rude as we werent causing trouble. It was verry nice frendly staff I would stop here again
Absolutely amazing hotel 😁 Everyone is so friendly and helpful. Our room was fab, nice and clean with an amazing bathroom. The bed was so comfortable too 🛌 I would definitely be staying here next time I visit Belfast.
