Hi Brooklyn. I’d like to try and defend ourselves and explain our side of this. We’re a Towing Service for the Police Departments all around the Metroplex. We tow vehicles to places that they instruct us to. I hate that the first time you were in an accident but thankfully you weren’t hurt. 2nd time we were called by police to tow it im assuming because it was not operable. This company has thief working for them and they cared not to do anything about it! Our debit card was used while the car was in their possession and when we came and got the car the debit card was outside the car on the ground smh ! The card was used while it was in their possession and we have transaction report to show it ! We have pressed charges with euless police department ! The supervisor didn’t care at all !
