Gene is the best realtor I know. He is dedicated to his clients and he goes above and beyond so your real estate transaction goes as smooth as possible. He has been my realtor for over 10 years and I would not have anyone else handle my real estate transactions. He is extremely knowledgeable and has many years of experience. I recommend him 100%.
Gene is amazing. He has been my realtor now in 4 transactions and he never stops amazing me. Extremely professional and always works extra hard for the benefit of his client. Has gotten me over appraised value on both sales and has negotiated down the price below asking on both sales. I cant say anything but great things. Hopefully I dont need to move again but if I do I know who I will be calling.
Our family was so fortunate to have found Eugenio! He not only guided us and looked out for our best interest through a complicated process, but he became a true friend. Highly recommend him, he is experienced, very knowledgeable but mostly puts the Client first. Hard to find in today's business world. I would give him 10 stars if I could.
