I originally was drawn to Ettika because I had a friend that always came to work with the cutest jewelry on, and it was from here! I bought a chain necklace myself and I've been obsessed since. They have a lot of beautiful statement pieces as well as classic staples in neutrals that go with literally everything in my closet. I have never had problems with my orders or customer service. I would recommend Ettika!
I don't buy jewelry often, but I always come back to order from Ettika! Their jewelry is absolutely beautiful and such amazing quality. I am constantly getting compliments on the jewelry, and people are always asking me where I get mine! I remember I accidentally made a mistake on my order, so I emailed Ettika and they helped me with my refund immediately! I would recomment Ettika to anyone :)
Horrible service, wrong order, no response... I ordered two pairs of earring from Ettika in mid September. I just received the earrings this week - it took almost a month. Worst part - they sent me the wrong earrings. I’ve tried contacting customer service several times ... I called - no answer... I emailed - no response... I submitted a request via their website - no response. I need to know how to either get my money back or get the correct merchandise. Can someone please respond to me?

Need to improve quality of product and service. I received a defective product but I was charged to return it.
Received an tassel necklace that was kinked up and after a month of back and forth providing info ....the order number the next time...then pictures....then manufacturing dept needs a look.... all taking a few days inbetween their correspondence they stated...there is nothing wrong. Meanwhile my neck is turned green. I have always be patient and positive with CSR but all this was totally unnecessary. Will never do business with this company again.
