I have been here about 5 or 6 times now and I’ve had nothing but great experiences! The customer service is amazing, they don’t try to force you into an up-charge. They also don’t charge extra for every single thing like other nail salons do. The prices are reasonable. I have never had to wait long. I used to hate getting my nails done but they are so gentle and nice so now I look forward to it. 10/10 recommend!! (And the parking is easy- in a lot! Which means a lot in Miami)
Don’t bother making an appointment using Booksy..don’t bother! They will schedule individuals in front of you even though you have the first appointment of the day! And then you will be asked to come back later…really!! Third time this has happened..same on ME!
Although they do nice designs theres a lot that we don’t know. When it comes to nails you have to educate yourself. Firstly Ethan's nail salon is very unprofessional for the simple fact that I make an appointment for 12:30 and then I don’t get into the seat to do my nails until 2 it’s ridiculous and they have no set of time management.
