The staff has bent over backwards to accommodate me. They are friendly and helpful and have gone beyond my expectations. The only reason I am leaving is because I purchased a home. I would recommend this complex to anyone looking for a nice home. Charlene Maxwell
Best place to live ever! The luxury apartments and beautifully landscaped grounds are well maintained. The have different floor plans with accent walls, balconies and fireplaces. The amenities are fantastic - swimming pool, hot tub, bbq grills, patio & sitting areas, game room, business area, coffee & tea bar, playground, car wash, dog wash, dog run and more! But best of all is the management team here. They care about their residents - even after you sign your lease!
Estancia has all the amenities other "luxury" apartment complexes tend to skimp on these days. They have the best water pressure, excellent appliances, and an automatic light on the garage door. These apartments may be a little bit older than some of the others around Tulsa, but altogether, they supremely surpass the others in quality and comfort, as does the staff. I've definitely found my home here!
