I am not usually a negative-feedback type of person, but after paying this company a year and a half I feel I have a voice in letting others know to BEWARE. The Apartments are decently nice. RecommendedI came to visit my sister and I do love the apartments, but was a bit surprised at the over flowing dog doo Pail outside her building (building 4). Also, hard to stand out on the balcony when the stench of all the feces hits you in this heat. It seems like the people with the large dogs don’t really care to clean up after their pets. Which is unfortunate for the other residents and dogs. I’d really expect more from luxury apartments.
I recently moved in to the complex and absolutely love it. All of the staff is very Friendly and Professional. I can't say enough good things about the maintenance team! Wonderful and very prompt. So happy to have found this place!!

I love living at Estancia Apartments. After having lived in 2 different apartment complexes now, this one is by far the best. I had issues with repairs not been fixed at my previous apartment complex. I no longer have to worry about any repairs because the maintenance supervisor Fernando always gets any maintenance issues quickly repaired. I can't say enough about the amazing customer service. Fernando is very pleasant and has the best attitude. I would highly recommend this complex and their team!

This is the worst apt ghetto The Gates are always broken, loud noises from neighbors and unscheduled fire a alarm, staffing is unprofessional and Malicious towards residents, closing lease will leave you in debt, for dirty carpets etc...very sickening
These people are RIDICULOUS!!! The "Managers", and I use that term LOOSELY, are rarely there, provide no support! Not to mention, chances are you'll get robbed and/or SHOT in the parking lot!!! DO NOT RENT HERE!!!

This apartment complex is a complete joke! I will never recommend Estancia to anyone! I didn’t get my referral that I was promised when a friend of mine moved in. Lacy Wright is the complex manager and her lack of professionalism is appalling to say the least. Lacy judges you right off the bat and will treat you like the scum of the earth. Lacy makes living at estancia a nightmare! She needs to be fired!!!
the night I took the key I went to see the apartment so I enterd without my shoes my socks got wet because the carpet was still wet my white socks turned black .I said they cleaned the carpet with dirty water.
