I brought my machine in to get serviced and fixed and was really keen to talk to the service person myself. I could describe what was happening with the machine, but not what that meant in terms of parts. The front desk wouldn't let me but promised my message would get through. When I went to pick up the machine, the person at the front desk couldn't tell me what had been done beyond a service and I still wasn't allowed to speak to the technician. They kept my coffee machine for over 2 months for a basic warranty repair, swapping out the grinder motor. When I called to check on it, I was told, "You have the tracking number, it's your problem", even though the tracking clearly showed it was still sitting in their store waiting to be picked up. I had to organize a StarTrack investigation myself just to get the courier to tell the store they never received it before anyone bothered to look for it. I had my Breville Barista Pro serviced under warranty. It was all done professionally and amazingly fast - I dropped off the machine in the morning and that evening received a notification that it was ready. They have done a great job (and even gave me a free bag of coffee beans). Friendly staff. Parking right outside. Thank you. Highly recommended.
