I recently had my Breville 878 serviced here under warranty, and the whole experience was outstanding. This is an official Breville authorised service centre, and it really shows in their professionalism and technical expertise. I dropped off the machine on the morning of July 10, and to my surprise, they send me email the very next day to say it was ready for pickup! Amazing service from the beginning dropping my machine in for repair. Leon was extremely clear in what to expect through the process including how long and how much it would cost.
