We have had our machine fixed twice here now through Breville and whilst their work is good their customer service is absolutely abysmal. Both times there were issues with getting the machine back to us. Both times we were lied to about the hold up and spoken to rudely by staff. The first time was a warranty job and we gave them the benefit of the doubt. Have used Espresso Fix a number of times and they never disappoint. Such a friendly team that get the job done to a high standard. Definitely my go to for coffee machine repairs. Highly recommend this business.

I had my air purifier serviced here, and let’s just say the customer service was… memorable. Despite Philips proudly calling them a repair centre, the technician informed me that Philips had actually told them not to accept their own product. Fascinating. Even better, I had the pleasure of being the target of their frustration in the process—truly top-tier customer care! As for the repair itself? My favourite coffee machine stopped working and was booked into Espresso Fix for service by Breville. Expecting to wait 2 weeks to see my machine again and struggle without my daily coffee hit, I was super surprised to have my machine all fixed within a few days. Great service and turnaround Team Espresso Fix.
