Taken our Breville Touch impress in for the repair. The repair time was very quick and the quality of service was exceptional. The lady that I spoke to was very thorough but kind. This is the lady which short blonde hair who has a fascinating sense of style! Super greatful for such a pleasant experience overall. Thank you
I had my Breville espresso machine fixed (under warranty) and was really impressed with how quick the turnaround was. The team also took a look at the whole machine and fixed something else that looked like it was about to wear out soon which was nice! They also gave me some complimentary beans which was a really nice surprise. Will continue to get my machine fixed here and very highly recommend 🤩
Slow service
Have used their repair service a few times. Reliable. Trustworthy
Poor communication and major delays. We dropped off our Breville espresso machine with an initial wait time estimate of 12 days. After 4 weeks and 3 follow-up calls from our end, the machine still hadn't been looked at, and our contact details were repeatedly taken down incorrectly. Following my last call, it was "rushed through" within a few hours for just a standard service. Unfortunate experience for an authorized service center—we won't be back
