Still too many reminder messages! I feel harassed. I put the appt on my calendar and don't need 5 reminders to show up.
I am very pleased with the oral hygienist, Stella. She is very professional and competent.

I was waiting for a cancellation for a hygiene apt with Maria. Your office Fallicio (sp?) did an excellent, diligent job of following up with me and offering me several choices for appointments. I was able to get an appointment before my dental coverage expired YEAH. Maria is always extremely competent and careful in her hygiene work which is why I will wait for her calendar to open up.
