Your entire team is EXCEPTIONAL! I actually look forward to coming to the Dentist and now do so every 90 days. You have an outstanding and well run service.
The hygienist "missed" (or something) with one of the two injections, as it didn't have much effect. In any event, she didn't give either injection enough time to take effect, before she started "scaling" my teeth. My experience from six months ago (with another hygienist, and the injections, IIRC, administered by Dr. Scott) was more pleasant.
High-speed drills were a great invention. Dr. Kono hasn't been wrong yet.
Dr. Kono is the most kind, gentle dentist, he always makes me feel comfortable and is empathetic about my medical problems. Tiffany has the same caring qualities.
Fast service and expert work.
I have been coming to the PA Dental Offices since the late 70's. Would not think of going any where else. Staff is also polite and helpful.
New service I would like to see - Staff Biographies added to your very excellent web site. My hygenist, Kelly, has an extraordinary bio which includes setting up dental clinics in remote locations around the world as part of her military service. Terry at the front desk is amazing-- and has been for the nearly 20 years I've come to the clinic.
It was all very good. Maria Gomez is a terrific hygienist. She deserved kudos for always doing a great job with me.
My hygienist, Stella, performed her usual skillful and thorough cleaning of my teeth with her usual enthusiasm and good conversation.
