I would prefer that an ultrasound scaler NOT be used with me because of my pacemaker. I know this is a very conservative approach, but this is my preference.
In the past, going to the dentist has been a time of scolding and feeling like a child because of how I take care of my teeth. I really like how I am treated here and the people are very professional and so nice. I am treated like an adult who is very busy and does the best she can.

I love the staff at Palo Alto Dental!! I have been going to them for years because they are the best! Terri at the front desk scheduled me in with my emergency as soon as she could and even found me a sooner appointment then what was originally discussed. Dr. Kono is always professional and gentle with my teeth I have very happy how they look and feel. I always enjoy coming to the dentist. Couldn't ask for more!
Everything was great. I really like Kelly and Dr. Keller and have referred family and friends.
I did not get to have a routine check by my dentist as part of my teeth cleaning because she had some kind of emergency. I elected to skip the check, rather than wait until she was available

Everyone from the front dest to the doctor's office are professional, friendly, and very good at their jobs. WHAT WOULD i CHANGE: get some trashy, quick-read magazines in the waiting room (such as PEOPLE, et al). Patients like me can't read in-depth articles when my mind is preoccupied with my upcoming dental procedure. Pictures, captions, and short time-wasting articles--perfect. Other than that, all's go
Everyone was great and very considerate! I have been treated by the Dr. Vanzina, and she was amazing. The procedure itself was painful and long, but she tried to do all she could to help me get over this! As well, the hygienist Maria was great, very kind and considerate.
