Everyone, starting with all the front desk managers, offers excellent service and courtesy. I always recommend Dr. Kono and the Palo Alto Dental group to all my friends.
My only comment is regarding the young girl at the front desk regarding my dental benefits. She kept insisting that my dental plan will only pay 50% on crowns when I know they pay 80% (grandfathered in) and I handle the benefits where I work.

Dr. Kono is fantastic. Professional, knowledgable, explains things well, patient, calm and reassuring. Overall an excellent dentist!!
