This has to be a joke. I’m literally in shock LOL i will let the photo write the review for itself. Update: i gave this place a second chance because i was in the area. DO NOT GO HERE AT ANY COST. The nail lady did a horrible job and my nails fell off as soon as i left. She was also in pajamas, eating and talking while doing my nails. Went with my mom, we were greeted by the owner’s Son. I Was waiting for over 45 minutes to get service and other people came after me who got seated before me, ended up leaving without getting my nails done. terrible communication at this place, the lady who did my mom’s nails cut her skin. Workers are rude and careless.

This place appears to be ok, but it’s a little unprofessional in there. I ask the tech to change my nail file because it was warn out which meant they use it on a lot of people. I then ask her to change the purple pumice stone because it was ran down to the nitty gritty of germs and fungus, at the end of my service the owner charged me $5 extra dollars for asking for a new pumice stone which should only be used on 1 client and not shared. AWFUL. Save your time & go somewhere else honestly. They have new people doing bulky uneven jobs. If you are about quality & details RUN fr. I had to cry my way home because they refused to give me a refund for some ugly ass nails . Told them I would pay for them to get removed but don’t want to get charged for something I don’t like and they didn’t want to give my money back. So I couldn’t go somewhere if I wanted . I want to give them - stars . They have no customer service
