The repair people will rip off and are unknowing I have worked with cars all my life. My father owns a repair garage and it is the family business in which my brother is in line to take over. DO NOT patronize this tow service I must concur with the other WVU parent who was dissatisfied with the treatment her son received after retrieving his car from the tow service. My son's experience was similar. After I phoned the service to determine exactly the reasons why and how the car was towed, I was treated disrespectfully by the receptionist. WVU PARENTS PLEASE BE AWARE!!!!!!!!!!!!!! My son was treated with disrespect and rudeness from this place of business. He was called names such as a "pissy kid from WVU" that they are sick and tired of dealing with. was towed from his dorm parking lot. Ervin's auto repair in Morgantown sucks My car broke down while away at school and called triple A to come pick it up. Ervin's towing showed up and said they would be able to get the car in the shop that day and have it back as soon as possible. Four days went by and never a phone call to give me an update. When the car was finally fixed they said it would be 700 dollars (200 more than estimate). RUDE AND PRICELY!!! Ihad my vehicle towed By Ervins. The driver came, was very rude, (maybe he was having a bad hair day!), and towed my vehicle only 5 miles, charged me 90.00 for the tow, and 45.00 for the hookup!!! Talk about getting ripped off!!! I will NEVER use this company again! BEWARE!!!
