very poor service Do not go here I took my car here and was told that I needed a 02 sensor and it would cost 230.00 well that didnt fix my car after 3 more trips there and 800 dollars later I had my car fixed somewhere elese a mechanic that moonlights out of his garage at home he replaced a 20 dollar fuel filter and the car was fixed , very unprofessional and a ripoff it looks like they just keep changing parts till the hit the right combo owners always like theese kind of mechanics cause it makes them more money hard to fin... read more
redneck losers AAA had them tow my car there. I told them NOT to work on my car while I was figuring out about the warranty. They went ahead and did the work without my permission. Now my warranty is void and car is totalled.
Overcharge daughter/women ervins was contacted thru AAA when daughter broke down on way home from college, said they had to tow to their shop, checked charging system and said it was ok but needed battery. Charged her $100.66 for battery from Advance Auto I can walk in off street and buy for $54.00. total bill was $157.05 Daughter got 23 miles farther and battery was dead again, AAA tow again to Bridgeport WV alternator was not charging system, they charged $220 for an alternator (I can walk in Advance and buy for $188, I fe... read more
Ervin's Towing Scamming WVU students We also have been ripped off by ERVINS TOWING. My sons car was towed and held. He also had a permit on his car. He was charged over $600.00 . This scam is targeting students of WVU. The negitive feedback speaks for it's self. We are seeking justice and I suggest anyone who is avictim in this scam does the same

STAY AWAY FROM THEM! I had my jeep checked by them because it was not idling properly. They told me it needs tune up and will cost me $350!! When I denied the service they told me I need to pay $55 because they checked the car or they will not return my car. They are extreemly rude and unprofessional. THIS COMPANY IS A SCAM!!BEWARE! Upon returning my son to Morgantown after Christmas break, I parked my car in a lot behind Arnold Hall across from Willey St. There were approx. 7 cars there at the time. When I came out of the dorm to get my car, it was gone. I looked to see if I could find a no parking sign, there is not one or a sign Private Property, No Parking, There is not one. Ervins Auto repair Anybody who rated this place more than 1 star is obviously an employee there because there is no way that they received good service from here. How? they have towed many, many of my friends vehicles from places they were NOT supposed to be towed from!!! and it cost them 180+ to get their vehicles out. They are corrupt and it isn't right that they are allowed to continue on with their business.
