BE AWARE!!!! NEVER use them!!!! Horrible place! My son's car was towed from sheetz on sat DEC. 19th. 2015 He had graduated WVU on Friday and was moving out on sat. He pulled the car into the university apartments garage with flashers on away from any lane as to not obstruct traffic and was not parked in a parking by permit spot, went up stairs to get a cart full of stuff and low and behold he was towed! I wouldn't trust them to tow my bike. If I could give a company a Zero I would. I agree with everyone below me who has something negative to say. In an effort to try and tow my car this morning, the driver crashed it into another vehicle as he tried rushing out of the complex with out explanation as to why they were towing from a perfectly legal parking spot. I wouldn't trust them to tow my bicycle. They are inconsiderate, manipulative, and horrible people. I do not know how Mr. Ervin sleeps at night after dealing with them ... read more
Sue them and win, like I did! They are lying morons. If you need to sue them, go through the WV Public Service Commission. I did that and won. If they don't pay you, they will lose their license.

Great Service Used them to move a '59 Ford. Called dispatch, the truck got to the house within an hour, moved the car within 30 minutes. Efficient, great customer service, and fair price. Will use again if needed.
Postive Experience I see many negative reviews on this business so let me give you a positive one. Last week my wife and I were taking a little trip and were on northbound I-79 when we had a blown tire, called AAA and they said they would be sending Ervins Towing in 30 minutes or less, after a confusion on AAA's part sending him South not North, a young man arrived in a tow truck. They were great In light of the number of negatives reviews, I feel almost obligated to share my very contrary experience.
Repair in a horror movie fashion. Under no circumstance would i ever take anything short of a wheel barrel for these guys to fix. That would be if i did not need to have it back for six months. They don't know how to do paper work and are unable to do what they tell you they are going to do. Towing is the only thing that keeps these guys in business. Anyone writing a positive review for this company is either related or getting paid to do so.
GETTING THE SHAFT Well my Daughter had her car towed by Ervin's. They looked at her car and told me she busted her trans cooler. I asked them to bypass the cooler and fill the fluid and road test the car. I was told they would not bypass the cooler. They gave me a EST. for $430.00 dollars. My Wife picked the car up drove only 5 miles and the car would not move. Wife had car towed back they charged $95.00 and told me the trans is bad. I been a Lincoln/Mercury Master tech for 20 years.
