⸻ My son-in-law is currently on the surgical unit on the 8th floor at Erlanger Health System, and I want to start by saying we truly appreciate the kindness and care he has received. The nurses and staff have been attentive to him, and that means a lot to our family during a very stressful time. Was blown away by the compassion shown by the staff here. The nurse Staci was especially amazing and went the extra mile.
If you can go ANYWHERE else…do that. Changed my mom’s arrival time 3 times, changed her surgery time twice after we got here. Original was 12, then 1 after we arrived. Came at 130 to get her and said surgery would start at 2. Called at 330 to let me know they’d FINALLY started her surgery. 3.5 hours after originally “scheduled”. They have no sense of a schedule or wasting people’s time…. Erlanger has really went down hill over the years.
Erlanger has never let us down. May God bless all the amazing staff.
