This office lost paperwork that 2 other doctors’ offices showed us proof they submitted to the surgery center a month in advance. Surgery center called the day before surgery saying my daughter’s surgery would be rescheduled because they didn’t have the forms. THE DAY BEFORE when this has been scheduled for months. My daughter asked them to hold the spot and she would get the forms to them that day. She left work went to both other doctor offices, spent hours and one dr made her retake a scan before he would resend the paper... read more
Bunch of liars who seem to pick and choose patients rights. I will never be near that place again
I had to have two surgeries back to back. They listened to my concerns and took them seriously. My granddaughter was admitted to the hospital during my stay. They literally wheeled me to her room after my surgery. The caring attitude blew me away.
I had to go yesterday for a procedure. Let me tell you, the nurses from the one who did my pre adminison testing to the ones in pre op and post op are wonderful. The anesthesiologist Dr Mulden I think was his name. Was awesome. He explained this and gave me something before the surgery so I wouldn't get sick after. Thank all of you for taking care of me. You all are so amazing
The most excellent outpatient surgery center in this area. From the time we arrived til the time we left, the staff and even the valet attendees were so kind and attentive. Everyone I encountered was helpful and friendly. Dr Chadwick Smith is an exceptional orthopedic surgeon. Also the cafeteria staff was super nice.
