The entire department is great. Thank you taking care of me. Dr Cincere is very knowledgeable, very kind, an utmost professional at his craft. My husband has both knees and hips replacement by Dr.Sanders. Dr. Sanders did a top notch job all 4 surgeries. My husband is like a new man. He never and problems with any of the surgeries. I highly recommend Erlanger orthopedics and Dr. Sanders.

I have been undergoing treatment at Erlanger Orthopaedics for a broken foot since June. Unfortunately, I have not received adequate guidance on the recovery process, leading me to seek information through Google. Despite my attempts to ask questions, I have felt rushed during my appointments. Thankfully, I have been able to find some answers on my own and through friends who have gone through similar experiences. Not impressed. Arrived at 9am and was told to be patient because they had quite a line this morning. Waited until 11:15 and never got called back. We left and never received service. An hour to maybe an hour and a half wait, we could deal with. Over 2 hours is unexceptable. They have obviously taken in too many patients due to be able to accommodate in a timely manner. Asked if we could make an appointment and come back tomorrow and was told they only take walk ins
