Understand this is a level one trauma center but the lack of actual human care is crazy expect to sit in waiting room downtown for 8-12 hours if dialysis patient their dialysis nurses don’t care . The lack of knowledge or empathy and bedside manner is crazy had a mf literally almost drain me of all my blood did and ej which is an ev in the neck knowing I was on blood thinner it hurt so bad and he sis both side I bleed for almost 2 hours got so weak couldn’t hold pressure.
