I had a pre-EGD and colonoscopy appointment with Sharlotte Manley, NP today and I am extremely satisfied with the entire office staff , as well as, my meeting with Ms. Manley. She is extremely professional and definitely cares about her patients. I did not feel rushed and all my questions and concerns were addressed. I would recommend her to anyone without reservation

I had my first appointment today with NP, Sharlotte Manley at 1:15. By 2:30 I’m still in an exam room waiting to be seen. Common curtesy could have been shown by letting me know there would be a long wait or ask if I’d like to reschedule. I’ve had to wait as long as 3 hours to see my oncologist but every 10 min I was given an apology with an update. The staff showed me that they valued me as a patient.
