I recently had a very difficult experience with this "care" center. I went in for a sore throat to the point it hurt to talk), body aches, & congestion. However, since it was early on, the doctor told me wait it out & call the office if my symptoms worsened, so she phone me in a prescription. The next day, my symptoms had worsened significantly, so i wanted to call and let her know. I called and the receptionist cut me off while i was trying to explain my reason for calling and said the doctor would "call me back in a sec." ... read more
This staff is always thorough and gets to the bottom of the issue while providing much needed relief to the patient!
Sonya Smith was amazing! Very professional, compassionate and walked me through every detail of what she was doing when giving me the Covid test and giving me my breathing treatment. Erlanger Express is very fortunate to have Sonya on their team!!!
Sonya Smith is an amazing resource for Erlanger Express. I was anxious and she has relaxed me. She is knowledgeable and willing to share. She is the reason I will be back, as needed. Just saw AJ Woods. She is fantastic. She is honest and funny; not only providing information, but also listening patiently, explaining effectively, and recapping care thoroughly.
