Every time I have ever come to this location to do a simple drug test, they have had me waiting for a minimum 1 1/2 to 2 hours which makes no logical sense.
Everyone that I encountered was very friendly and informative. I had a great experience. Conveniently located downtown, it’s a hidden gem.
Place is pathetic. They are never on time with appointments, patients are always getting delayed, drug testing stop @3pm even though the deadline is set for 8pm and they will randomly close without notice so if you have an appointment it will be up to you to make sure Erlanger honors it. Idk how they managed the title of worst hospital in Tennessee but I assure you it makes perfect sense. These people are not hear to help you, only get your money or your insurance companies money.
