All the staff were incredibly sweet and caring. They are very attentive to me and listened to all my symptoms. They made me feel very comfortable. Everything was very clean. I will definitely be recommending this location to my family and friends. Keep up the good work and thank you for all you do!! You all rock!! :)
Everyone was kind but the care I received was not what was needed. I had to undo what I got done and remedy it at home. Thankful for many nurses in the family. Also fraud alert! I’m a self pay patient and got billed after the fact to my “insurance” even though I don’t have any. The billing may be 3rd party but there should be communication between the office and billing and it should show self pay and not charge anything. Even when you don’t have insurance they manage to try to fraud you out of money.
This was such a great experience even under the circumstances for our visit. The nurse Sonya, made my son feel welcomed and comfortable. Tour physician for the visit was extremely efficient and our visit was relatively quick, especially for a walk in clinic. Definitely would recommend this clinic to others who need to be seen urgently.
This past Saturday, I was honestly in more pain than I can ever remember being in. I literally could not move my head or neck without crying. I went to Erlanger Express as it was the closest and quickest place I could find. I honestly should not have been driving at all. I have to say, Sonya, and Lukisha took such good care of me.
