I fought rush hour traffic trying to be seen before they close at 6. I got here with 35 minutes to spare and the girl at the front desk huffed and said they were not seeing anymore patients. She didn't even say hi or how can I help you. They should put on the website that although their open they stop seeing patients at a certain time.
The staff are very nice and extremely efficient. As sick as I am today I can still appreciate the abilities of the staff to get me in the room treated and put the door within the hour.
Just showed up 15 minutes early for my 2:00 p.m. appointment and was told that I had to wait 45 minutes because they are on lunch break. This is not listed on their website and I just wasted my lunch break to drive to this location only to be told that I could not be seen today. Again, do not waste your time making an appointment until you call them to figure out their lunch break schedule.
If I could give a lower rate I would. Went here with abdominal pain . I was sent for a ct scan I waited 4 days for scan. The results were sent to clinic. I was told to wait and doctor call before end of day. They called at 503 for me to return call and be told to wait again. Next day called and told to wait again. I went to office just to get to schedule another scan. The waiting game starts again. No one in office why could they not call me back?
