I have had the best possible hospital visit I believe in my entire life. Dr. Brandon Brown is the most personal Doctor I have ever met. I came in to his office and the staff was amazing. Everyone was very relaxed. I felt like I walked into a family owned business. The nurses were equally amazing. They were very hospitable to my issues, more than one. Very kind, very respectful.

They are very unprofessional and unorganized attitude is shitty and they never know anything you can't even get a damn prior authorization for medications what the hell is going on with Erlanger Dermatology you got the front desk reception answering the calls in the clinic department make it make sense
