Our clinicians are passionate about helping seniors at home who are in need of skilled nursing, physical therapy, occupational therapy, and social services.
The experience with ContinuCare Home Health their therapist Ann Royal was caring and professional. She took her time in my husband's care and did not leave until the issue was taken care of. Our Nurse Austin was fantastic and very professional. Hopefully it runs smoothly for the rest of his treatment.
The nursing staff that have visited do an amazing job. I have however had an issue with not calling ahead of time and scheduling appointments and ordering /not receiving supplies when almost out. My insurance denied my visits because they did not send measurements of my open wound that needs changing everyday. At this point not sure I would use them again. This is very disappointing as Erlanger is the only hospital I will go to when needed.
We have totally enjoyed the service we have gotten from all of the people at this care unit!
Everyone of the home health care team have been outstanding. Took their time when visiting and checked to make sure I understood and had what I needed for my continual care.
