I wanted to leave a review because alot of the dental reviews weren't good and reading them had me terrified to go. The dentist that pulled my tooth was very nice and even the female dentist who eas instructing him was kind. She can be very blunt but it wasn't in a disrespectful manner. The dentist who pulled my tooth made sure I was numb well and let me know if I was feeling pain to let him know. The tooth pulling process was alot of pressure but no pain. I keep being directed to Spanish although I don’t speak the language, I asked could I speak to someone who spoke English and I keep being hung up on. I find it rude and the service could be so much better.
Im a patient there and my pharmacy has to send multiple refill requests every month for my nonnarcptic medications. For blood pressure and depression. Yesterday I had an appointment and showed up because ive been with my medicines for over a week this time. Trying to call them and my pharmacy faxing them the whole time only for the woman at the front desk to tell me that my appointment was canceled and that they called me to tell me yet, somehow I have no missed calls or voicemails from them.
