Our son was terribly sick, and after a visit to our local ER and then his pediatrician and had horrible experiences, we traveled the hour trip to Childrens Emergency Room at Erlanger. We were met with kindness, a very brief wait before triage, then immediately taken to a room. Very shortly after, medical staff came in and spoke directly to our child in a gentle and “teacher” type of way. This is our second visit, and each time we’ve come, the team has been exceptionally helpful and efficient. They communicate clearly and directly, and we consistently leave feeling better. The staff is highly professional and attentive.
Took my daughter here for hives. We got zero help. They ran zero test on her. Basically gave her a Zyrtec. That’s all. Daughter ended up vomiting all the way home too. We will be taking her back to Urgent Care today and hopefully see a specialist to get some answers. They were ridiculous. I will update when I find out what her actual condition is with no help . So angry and disappointed in all aspects of my experience here.
One of the MOST UNSANITARY HOSPITALS I have EVER SEEN blood on the floors walls urine dirty everything no wonder people aren’t getting better the environment is disgraceful
