If I could give a (0) rating I would. They miscommunicated the cost for care for my family member who did not have insurance and I was direct paying for their care. They released them early and refunded me for the days he did not stay but which I had paid. I then received a separate bill for physician services which I was not expecting since I had been told the amount I had already paid was for his "FULL CARE" there. The care provided him was useless.
