sent an email , got no response , stopped in wasn’t even welcomed with a hello , old guy just looking at us, they must not want any business, avoid , no wonder local small jewelers are going out of business, sorry we tried to keep it local and support the community
We purchased our wedding bands from Erik Jewelers 40 years ago. Stopped to have both of them resized & engagement diamond added to band. Not realizing we needed an appointment, Dave was nice enough to fit us in. He took his time & went over both rings in detail. Wonderful experience both times. Highly recommend for your jewelry needs!
Literally hung up on me and told me to go somewhere else when I asked more than 1 question about a repair. This place must have plenty of business and doesn’t need new customers.
