Despite the construction going on, they still offer top notch service. All staff that we come in contact withare with are very helpful and courteous. This is one of the better VAMC around.
In my opinion, my experience with the VA Whole Health program was disappointing. During my orientation, I later learned that an employee who was not present had been included as part of the process and was able to access my VA medical records. I was concerned because I did not understand why someone who was not directly involved in my care needed access to my behavioral health information.
