In my opinion, my experience with the VA Whole Health program was disappointing. During my orientation, I later learned that an employee who was not present had been included as part of the process and was able to access my VA medical records. I was concerned because I did not understand why someone who was not directly involved in my care needed access to my behavioral health information. Many things have changed here over the years. Appointments are available within days of a request, care in the community has improved, no longer being stuck self paying my own medical bills, the "new" whole health program allows chiropractic care and other hard to find programs to increase health, dental care, especially Dr O'brien, is hands down the best dentist in the area, I could go on, please keep up the good work!
