My experience today with Dr Thomas Wilkins at Erie Spine and Pain Center was outstanding...Dr Wilkins explained the EMG and NCS test process meticulously, and his approachability made me feel at ease...Prior to the test, I had concerns based on social media reviews about the test itself but Dr Wilkins professionalism and reassurance were invaluable...I strongly recommend Dr Thomas Wilkins and all the staff at Erie Spine and Pain Center for their exceptional patient care!!

I must say that Office is about as strange as they come. So awkward! ! Had a back ablation done last Junethat did absolutely nothing, then Cortizone that made it worse. Recently had one done by Dr. Osborn at Hamot. WOW, A World of difference!!! They also totally messed up on a follow up, which put me behind two months, these people are very odd and unprofessional
I have seen other Erie pain management and Cleveland Clinic pain management and this experience by far was the absolute best! After two years of working through other providers following a back injury , I felt like Dr. Wilkins finally listened to me. He gave me options that made sense for my path. He explained everything in detail was calm, attempted to add humor where appropriate during my procedure because he knew how nervous I was.
