I was very pleased with the home inspection. The inspector that came to the property was the same inspector that was there four years prior when the current sellers were buying the home so he knew which areas came up with the last inspection to check for them again. He ranked everything in importance and made sure we knew which items to push for repair and which were just recommendations or improvements to consider in the future. Very professional and made sure we felt comfortable with his findings.
Being a first time home buyer I was full of questions and fears of owning my first home and what was to come from my inspection.
